Job Duties consist of:

Enter vendor invoice for PO are in received stage; ensure the accuracy on vendor invoice entry including the discount taken; bill designated customer groups for material shipped; ensure the accurate and timely billing; work with AP supervisor to support smooth check run on a weekly basis; vendor and customer relation-work with vendors and customers for incvoices issues and rueqest; assist in AP/AR reconciliations; data analysis
