Job Responsibilities:
(Description):
As an Account Specialist you will be responsible for contacting delinquent accounts and arranging for past due amounts as well as proactively calling an account base.
Woking with all departments of ADP Dealer Services in order to resolve issues and verify the validity of billing and other duties as assigned.
Expected account load to equal 20% of base.
Experience, Skills, Academic:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Two years experience required
* Ability to reconcile account, to summarize the components of the balance due, and be able to communicate this to the client.
