Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to support the Accounting Department. The main responsibilities include:

* Review invoices for errors before submitting

* Post invoices for payment

* Follow up with vendors to answer questions regarding payments and invoices

* Weekly and monthly reconciliation

* HS Diploma required
* 2-5 years of related work experience
* Intermediate level experience and knowledge of MS Excel
* >Experience doing Accounts Payable within the transportation industry
