Description Accounts Payable Fixed Asset Coordinator- Temporary Position
Scope:

In a fast-paced environment perform the accounting functions assigned timely and accurately, while creating a positive working environment. Attention to detail is critical to ensure responsibilities are performed as required. Strong communication skills and excellent work ethic highly desired. (Temp to Perm position)


Primary Responsibilities:

Process capital invoices for payment using fixed asset system
Accrue use tax on appropriate invoice
Work with vendors for information needed(W-9s, lien waivers)
Work with insurance companies
Assist project managers when needed
Various journal entries and check requests
Other duties as requested by management


Relationships:

Internal: Accounting Staff, Project Managers/Regional Chief Engineers, Accounts Payable Staff, Tax Manager, Property General Managers

External: Owners accounting staff, Vendors, Insurance companies

Requirements Qualifications:

Education/Experience: Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience. Knowledge of use tax laws, previous work on capital accounting system, Good Excel knowledge
