Work Environment

The Chief Solutions Architect is responsible, organizes, and makes executive decisions in the development effort of systems solutions. Solutions Architects decide which technologies to use. They work very closely with developers to ensure proper implementation. They are the link between the needs of the organization and the developers. They then remain involved throughout the balance of the project. He / she is an expert in many categories, hardware, software, operating systems acts as the bridge between the enterprise and applications.
The successful candidate that supports the Chief Architect and Engagement Manager has, posses the ability to share and communicate ideas verbally, both orally and in writing, to executive staff, business sponsors, and technical resources in clear concise language that is the parlance of each group.

Position Summary

Manages the chief architect and engagement managers calendar(s), arranges international and domestic travel for the executives. Keeps the team up to date on new hires on-board and off-board from the team, keeps the distribution list in E-mail and SharePoint.

Overall conduct operations on day to day basis coordinating cube space, name tags and updating floor chart spread sheets as needed. Orders catering services through the company assistant, books conference rooms on site and off, manages the maintenance of the facilities through the company processes in place. Keeps office supplies, printer toner, paper, markers, wipes cleaner for media supply cabinet stocked and ready to meet needs. You are a proactive individual with follow up to be sure the rooms and floor space is tidy and ready for the next days activities. Building maintenance service tickets for room comfort needs are met daily.

Technology skill sets include but are not limited to managing help desk tickets and assisting in general functionality of a managed information technology teams needs.

On-boarding and off boarding team members, ordering NT IDs, laptop request, phone extensions, voice mail, parking garage placards, visitor reception and overall technically savvy, able to learn quickly.

Proficient use of MS Outlook, Word Excel, Power Point and SharePoint, document formatting office coordination, scheduling and SAP is required to be successful in this demanding position.


QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma/GED Associate BBA - Preferred
Proficient with SharePoint - Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Familiar with Microsoft Access SAP preferred.
Good Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
The ability to multi task and carry out assigned projects to their completion.
Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Three years of administrative experience.
