JOB SUMMARY:
224 unit apartment community in Conroe is looking for a full-time Lead Maintenance Technician.
Must be HVAC certified and have experience being a maintenance technician for an apt complex.
Duties also include regular preventive maintenance to ensure that all machinery (AC & Heat units) are functioning smoothly and that the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate. Maintenance workers inspect and diagnose problems in an apartment complex and decide on the best method to correct them.

Candidates must pass a drug screen and background check. [Due to the nature of employer's business, company policy requires that candidates having criminal background or convictions will not be considered for employment.]
