RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assist the Director of Operations in establishing and maintaining systems and procedures for the ordering, receiving, storing, preparing and serving of food and related products.
* Responsible for multi-site schools in a school district.
* Responsible to manage and motivate supervisors and hourly employees.
* Menu planning and development.
* May assist wiht unit forecast and accounting.
* Ensure that requirements for appropriate sanitation and safety levels in respective areas are met.
* Coordinate and supervise unit personnel regarding production, merchandising, quality and cost control.
* Schedule labor, staffing and employee training.
* Conduct periodic inventory.
* Perform other functions such as maintaining records to comply with ARAMARK, government and accrediting agency standards.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Management, Dietetics, Hospitality, Foods and Nutrition or other related fields is required
* Must have a minimum of 3 years of food service management experience
* Must be able to build relationships and communicate with principals, teachers and parents
* Business acumen and analytical abilities are required for success in this role
* Must have the ability to manage and montivate a large staff in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to identify defects in the preparation and service of food and implement improved quality control procedures.
* Ability to communicate effectively with clients, client's customers, and support staff. Ability to respod effectively to changing demands.
* Experience with and knowledge of all Microsot Office applications.
* P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable.
