Job Description:
Responsibilities
* Plan, schedule, assign and follow-up on all activities for the project.
* Maintain shift volume, production and utilization information.
* Provide technical assistance to personnel
* Coordinate outbound equipment with operations personnel.
* Update shift personnel on new policies and procedures.
* Monitor shop and equipment safety.
* Review job tickets involving D.O.T. violations.
* Coordinate Service Interval Campaigns with assigned personnel.
* Ensure that company policies and benefits are properly communicated to all assigned personnel.
Qualifications: Five to Eight years progressive management experience in Heavy Duty Diesel Truck Maintenance. Position requires a strong background in diesel engine repair, semi-trailer maintenance, tires, etc. Must have good people skills, computer skills a must. Travel required.
