About the Position:
This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. Serve as Chief of the Operations Research/Systems Analysis (ORSA) Team within the USAICoE Capabilities Development & Integration Directorate (CDID). This team provides ORSA advice and services to the CDID and other Intelligence Center elements. Develop organization vision and goals in context with USAICoE CDID guidance and communicate same to staff and external agencies. Represent USAICoE CDID on analytical issues. Responsible for office resource management and civilian personnel development. Works with DCELL Director to identify, integrate, and staff ORSA requirements.
