WHAT DOES A SECRETARY DO?
As a Secretary (OA), you will provide assistance to the legal staff. Your duties include receiving visitors and phone calls; receiving, opening, reviewing and distributing mail and faxes; preparing and assembling documents; establishing and maintaining files; scheduling and making travel and hotel arrangements; and composing and preparing correspondence.
