They are also recognized for their social conscious and was awarded many accolades the most recent being the Economic Times Corporate Citizenship Award.Location:* Los Angeles, CA* San Antonio, TXResponsibilities* Lead and deliver engagements that pioneer new technologies or apply existing technologies innovatively for the media industry* Provide a consultative approach to enable clients in creating strategies, roadmaps and business cases that identify and address their key pain points* Lead workshops and solution visioning sessions with clients and prospects to generate and evaluate solution alternatives based on existing portfolio, future plans and industry insights* Own the problem definition, analysis, solution recommendation and implementation in large/ complex programs for media clients* Monitor and track the progress and profitability of programs and provide corrective inputs as required* Lead Infosys&rsquo; solution development efforts around digital content management, content commerce and connected home* Lead and build a team of digital media consultants to develop solutions and proof-of-concepts relevant to specific clients and the media industry at large* Review and research state of the market to identify and pursue relevant products/ solutions for the media domain* Guide product alliances and partnerships with leading solution providers for the media and entertainment space* Review and support RFP response teams in presales solution definition and proposal development* Assist sales teams in preparing and delivering relevant pitches to Media & Entertainment prospects* Champion the brand and demonstrate thought leadership in media solutions across industry conferences and forums* Own the strategic planning effort for media and entertainment portfolio and provide thought leadership to further consulting service lines for this space* Contribute to IP creation, patents and knowledge base of media industry artifacts and end-to-end process documentationsSkillsEducation/ Qualification/ Experience* 12-14+ years of experience in helping media and entertainment clients define and implement digital media strategies and medium to large scale systems and processes to support the sameKnowledge* Experience in one or more of the following areas: digital media platforms, digital content commerce (including bundling), connected home (DVR, mobility), TV Everywhere, Customer profile management* Knowledge of packages and products prevalent in the content management/ broadcast industry* Solution definition, development and commercialization* Awareness of IT-Process Architecture and Design, SDLC, CMMSkills* Complex solution selling skills that leverage a deep understanding of the media (broadcast) industry, processes, prospects, competition and vision for the future; Excellent oral and written communication; Client interfacing and
