Provide leadership and create a positive and harmonious work environment for maximum productivity· Acts as a liaison to service providers and participates in meetings with operators and Airport staff· Communicates with all elements of curbside management program to ensure service requirements are achieved and maintained· Supports Management in the commitment to Operational Excellence; the compliance with all company policies and procedures, Airport rules and regulations and Standard Operational Procedures· Assists with the timely processing of payroll, reports and other information· Conducts research, updates records and provides data related to equipment and changing requirements· Supports the needs of employees and provide recommendations to staff on ways to improve/optimize system· Comply with the Company’s policies and procedures and in accordance to the SOP and to bargaining unit agreement· Implement the Company’s safety program to ensure safety in the workplace. Investigate accidents thoroughly to ensure prevention of further incidents· Additional projects assigned by the General ManagerREQUIREMENTS· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills· Minimum Associate Degree.
