It will support positions in sales and marketing within the commercial business as well as scientific, clinical and R & D departments. In the Sr. Recruiter role, your number one priority is to take a solution oriented approach in delivering on the needs of the business and driving the strategic direction to source top talent for all critical positions. This position is designed to be a contributing member of the HR team within the supporting business function as well as play a critical role in driving the strategic direction of staffing leadership. You will establish credibility as a subject matter expert and consult with stakeholders to ensure Bausch  Lomb continually increases the talent level of the organization and consistently hires the right people for the right positions at the right time. You will accomplish this primarily by earning trust and building relationships and by leveraging the staffing process and available technology to enable and protect a positive and successful experience for candidates and hiring managers. You will independently manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting. To support this activity, you will work with your assigned Sourcing Specialist to develop and maintain a network of contacts and resources to help identify and source talent.Specific Job Duties
