Supports the handling of basic service requests and learns to handle more complex service requests. Requires a basic understanding of individual products, systems, company and department policies and procedures in support of Client Services service goals.Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of office experience. Strong organizational skills and written and verbal communication skills. General business/office skills such as the ability to use a computer, fax, photocopier, etc. Basic math reasoning and accounting skills. Good analytical/decision making skills. Some industry or financial services background. Understanding of life insurance concepts and products.
