Candidate must have hands-on experience in electro-mechanical design and/or assembly environment, and manufacturing processes. Project/program management experience is a plus. Will be responsible to create and optimize processes with continuous improvement and cost reduction in mind. Will interact with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Qualified Candidates will have
* BSEE, BSME, BSIE or BS in Manufacturing Technology transcripts required
* 5 years experience in supervising a team within an Advanced Manufacturing or New Product Introduction environment.
* Ability to demonstrate leadership while problem solving quality and manufacturing issues.
* Experience working with electro-mechanical design and process, including PCB assembly.
* Ability to ready mechanical and electrical drawings a plus.
* Experience in manufacturing process development for new product rollout.
* Background in production and manufacturing operations.
* Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods utilizing knowledge of product design, materials, fabrication process, assembly methods, and quality control standards.
* Excellent communication skills, written, and verbal
* Strong attention to details, highly organized, computer literate
