JOB SUMMARY:

Qualified Candidates will have
* Experience with Microsoft Lync including enterprise voice preferred.
* Experience in the configuration and maintenance of the AudioCodes Mediant 3000 or 1000 gateways preferred.
* Experience in the design and maintenance of a VoIP network.
* Experience in configuring and troubleshooting trunk groups, dial plans, PRIs and POTS lines.
* Familiarity with Power shell commands and scripting languages.
* Experience with TCP/IP, DHCP, VLAN, QoS and various WAN technologies Frame Relay, MPLS, etc.
* Experience with Windows Server 2008 including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and GPO in a multinational environment is a plus.
* Experience in the management of relationships with vendors and project based tasks.
* Experience with support policies and procedures using helpdesk based ticketing systems preferred.
* Bachelors Degree transcripts required
* Excellent communication skills, written, and verbal
* Strong attention to details, highly organized, computer literate
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment
