This position drives profitable business sales in assigned geography, accounts and/or distribution. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:* Selling AAD products such as Abrasives, Adhesives, Tapes, Spray Equipment, and Polishing Products* Understanding of customer processes and being able to sell value versus just price* Working with distribution at customers and providing them with product training* Driving sales forecast attainment for San Diego, CA and local territoryTravel : There will be approximately 10-25% travel required of this positionRelocation : Limited relocation assistance is provided with this positionBasic Qualifications: * Minimum of a Bachelor''s Degree from an accredited college* Minimum of three years experience in a Business to Business (B2B) sales role* A current, valid and unrestricted Driver''s License is required* Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) Preferred Qualifications: * Minimum of five years B2B sales experience within an Automotive Industry setting* Strong oral, written, and presentation skills* Minimum of one year using Microsoft Word, Excel, and/or PowerPoint* Ability to Travel 10-25%
