We're looking for people who are dynamic, energetic, and goal oriented, able to self-generate leads as well as follow up on leads provided by our Inside Sales team. Applicable experience may include mortgage banking, Section 8 housing, community organization and commercial leasing.Based in Oakland, CA, Waypoint Homes is Reinventing Renting™ by providing quality homes, great customer service, and rewarding leases that offer valuable benefits to our residents, including a path to home-ownership for those who seek it. The bulk of your day will consist of scheduling meetings with potential applicants, showcasing multiple properties daily, and handling contractual negotiations and lease signings to get the properties occupied in a timely manner. Sales experience is a must, along with high school diploma or GED equivalent. Real Estate and Property Management leasing experience is a plus, as is Spanish fluency. Must be comfortable working from a mobile or home office environment.
