<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Rabobank, N.A. has an exciting opportunity for an Information Security Officer Senior in either our Imperial or Arroyo Grande Office! This position works with the Corporate Security Director to ensure that the Banks information systems security and compliance programs effectively manage risk. Responsibilities will include and are not limited to the following
Organizes and performs tests of security of data processing operations, operating systems, networks and related processes and functions
Identifies security risks, threats and vulnerabilities of networks, systems, applications and new technology initiatives.
Ensure the availability, integrity and confidentiality of the data residing on or transmitted to/from/through Rabobank N.A. workstations, servers and other systems and in databases and other data repositories.
Monitor operational configurations of all in-place security solutions as per the established baselines.
Monitor all in-place security solutions for efficient and appropriate operations.
Review logs and reports of all in-place devices, whether they be under direct control i.e., security tools or not i.e., workstations, servers, network devices, etc.. Interpret the implications of that activity and devise plans for appropriate resolution.
Conduct investigations into security incidents.
Willingness to travel throughout Rabobank N.A. footprint to conduct Operational Security Assessments and after hour security inspections.
Responsible for the safe, private and accurate use of various system resources, including the security of data and information systems on central and distributed servers, workstations and networks throughout the corporation
Assists in maintenance of an effective customer information security program compliant with the provisions of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and prepares an annual report on the overall status and the Banks level of compliance with the program
Maintains the risk assessment of all bank applications and audits the activities of Security Administrators on various software applications
Responsible for active and passive monitoring of various network devices and applications and recording events in various event tracking databases
Oversees and monitors risk mitigation strategies, coordinates with the Chief Technology Officer and Corporate Security Director to ensure business units are taking effective remediation steps.
Successful candidate will possess the following
High School Diploma or equivalent with minimum 8 years related network management, computer operations, and/or security and compliance experience, preferably in a financial services environment
Bachelors Degree and/or Security Industry certification such as GIAC or CISSP is preferred
Knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP based directories.
Good understanding of Cryptography standards.
Firewall management/log review use of monitoring/detection tools such as ArcSight, ADPdetective, Qualsys, Tripwire, etc..
Ability to analyze sniffer traces and be able to resolve routing and firewall issues.
Understanding of network/firewall security principles.
Working knowledge of Cisco networking devices
Working knowledge of monitoring/vulnerability assessment tools such as Qualys, Appdetective, Arcsight, etc. preferred
Experience with IP networking, networking protocols, IPSec, PKI, VPNs, firewalls, proxy services, DNS, email, and access control lists.
Experience with internet, web, application and network security techniques.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to conduct research into IT security issues and products as required.
Strong written and oral communications skills.
Experience implementing GLBA, NIST and SOX guidelines and procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization and planning skills.
Ability to learn and integrate new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Excellent human relations and communications skills
