handouts. -Provide feedback and guidance to
nuclear instructors regarding training processes,
data collection, and interpretation of test
results and post training evaluations.-Establish
expectations for instructors regarding safety,
student engagement in classrooms and labs, and the
use of human performance tools and techniques.-
Makes hiring, performance evaluation, coaching,
discipline, and termination decisions-Has
budgetary and productivity responsibility for work
