The AP specialist will post invoices to A/P module and submit to Santa Barbara office for payment, process all payments (checks, ACH''s, E-Payments) for necessary approval or signature, mail out checks to vendors, balance invoices to monthly statements, maintain utility cost report, track pre-pay schedules, as well as vehicles for insurance and registration renewals, annual 1099/1096 reports (vendors/agencies), assist management with reporting for vendor price negotiations, responsible for monitoring the work of Accounts Payable Specialist and ensure the implementation of AP department policies and procedures.Volt Workforce Solutions has numerous other positions available on an on-going basis.
