Review and co-sign medical records as outlined by the California Code of Regulations Title 16, 1399.545 (e) (3) and Business and Professions Code 3502 (c) (2). All provision of specified services shall be in accordance with written policies and protocols governing allied health professionals and approved by the relevant department, the Medical Executive Committee, and the Board of Directors of this hospital. Show proof of current ACLS Certification. Current DEA license including coverage for scheduled medication prescriptions.
