This individual will review consumer records and assures compliance with licensing and Network standards, conducts investigations as required and supports incident reporting timeliness. The Quality Assurance Specialist assists with corrective actions and serves as Quality Assurance (QA) liaison and communication funnel between and state offices.QualificationsRequirements:* Bachelor’s Degree required and three years of experience in quality assurance or other related social services field preferred.
