JOB SUMMARY:

Ideal candidate must collaborate with carriers, forwarders, traffic coordinators, and warehouse to execute delivery schedule on time. Maintains all logs, files and reports. Provides shipments tracking and shipping history information internally and externally. Communicate and update shipping/receiving related status and activities. Expedite in-bound goods to ensure material is delivered on time and per contract/specifications. coordinates various projects as assigned by Manager and/or Director. Responsible for the monthly YTD accumulative summary report review.
