Specifically, the Administrative Laboratory Director is responsible for:- Hiring, management and discipline of employees- Planning, designing, assessing and measuring laboratory service- Assessing capital equipment needs and initiating procurement procedures- Operating the laboratory in compliance with government and accreditation standards         BA/BS preferred. MA, MS or MBA recommendedA minimum of 2 years laboratory management experience.Must be familiar with computer information systems and PCs.Effective communication skills.Experience with accreditation inspections in the State of California.Valid California CLS license or Bioanalyst licensePrimary Locaiton: CA-Barstow (San Bernardino region)Organization: Barstow Community Hospital
