Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, the House, Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of the Clinical Coordinators and Lead-Relief Nurses, as well as the supervision and direction of staff providing patient care and hospital services during scheduled shifts.Current California RN license, Current CPR, ACLS, PALS required. Neonatal Resuscitation and Conscious Sedation PreferredThis position requires 3 years clinical coordinator or house supervisor experience, demonstrated knowledge and experience in acute care facility, supervision of staff and demonstrated leadership skills. Must be knowledgeable of current clinical practice standards including computer skills; legal aspects of nursing; clinical management principals; basic financial management relating to staffing, supplies and equipment.ADN required; BSN preferred.Primary Locaiton: CA-Barstow (San Bernardino region)Organization: Barstow Community Hospital
