These positions are responsible for working closely with customers to develop comprehensive project plans, budget requirements, task descriptions, work breakdown structures, and to accomplish program/project requirements and mission objectives. The following areas address the broad scope of knowledge considered necessary to successful management of this contract. The following areas address the broad scope of knowledge considered necessary to successful management of this contract.The Transportation Manager shall have a minimum of three years general experience in management, professional, technical, or other work related to traffic or transportation programs or operations.
