<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Job Descriptions:Emser Tile, the nation-wide supplier of high-quality floor covering products servicing world-leading retailers, builders and contractors, seeks experienced Regional Sales Manager for our West Coast Region.* Mentor Branch-based Outside Sales Representatives to enhace product sales and customer service* Monitor outside sales activities and analyze sales representatives performance* Work with Builders and General Contractors in the sales and installation process to ensure accounts received the best sales and service possible.* Drive sales volume and strive to deepen existing account penetration in current accounts* Develop new clientele and sales channel opportunities throughout assign sales territoriesThis positon may be based in any one of a number of Emser Branch locations, as travel will be a routine part of the job.Successful candidates will:* Thrive in a competitive and dynamic sales environment* Highly organized and have a successful history of servicing multiple accounts while consistently achieving and exceeding sales goals* Able to work independently while simultaneously implementing company defined sales strategies* Expert in influential / collaborative sales and negotiation techniques, including analytical skills that can identify and exploit key opportunities* Enjoy prospecting for new accounts, setting up / maintaining displays and introducing our quality products to the marketplace* Driven to meet sales goals and enjoy the upside of variable compensation programs that also reward employees for exceeding plan* Instinctively address all customer questions and concerns promptly with business savvy solution / resolution strategies* Excellent verbal and written communication skillsRequired Experience:Qualifications:* Successful track record in an outsides sales environment (preferably within the flooring industry)* Solid analytical skills in identifying client needs and aligning them to product offerings; Specification analysis and RFP response preparation a plus* College B.A. / B.S. degree preferred* Demonstrated expertise in the principles of collaborative sales technique* Ability to travel frequently throughout the sales territoryEmser offers a very competitive compensation and benefits package.About Emser:Since its establishment in 1968, Emser Tile has become the leading supplier of the world’s finest tile and natural stone.
