<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>MC-12W Physical Security/SAP Program ManagerLocation Beale AFB, CA Job Description and Requirements:USfalcon recognized as one of the fastest growing, privately held companies in the United States, is seeking a MC-12W Physical Security/SAP Program Manager to work out of Beale AFB, CA.This position is contingent upon award of contract.Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent.- Final Secret security clearance.- Minimum of three (3) years experience in special access program security desired.- Minimum of four (4) years operational experience within the high or medium altitude reconnaissance mission area or six (6) years operational experience within the airborne ISR mission area .- Minimum of four (4) years experience working with higher headquarters level staffs.Preferred Qualifications:- Knowledgeable in SAP security and the ability to apply principles contained within the National Industrial Security Program Operating(NISPOM), NISPOM Supplement/Overprint, Joint Air Force-Army-Navy (JAFAN) Manuals, and Director of Central Intelligence Directives (DCIDS).- Working knowledge of providing required special access program training concepts, programs, procedures and practices to assist mangers in establishing operational internal security programs.- Working knowledge of the indoctrination and debrief process for SCI, SAP, and NATO cleared personnel to include screening interviews and compelling need requests for security access.- Working knowledge of providing special access security consultation for the protection of command resources during routine, contingency, and wartime operations.- Working knowledge of security programs as it pertains to information, industrial, physical, and personnel security training syllabi and directives.- In-depth knowledge of ISR programs and capabilities to assist with the detailed development of theater war plans, collection planning, and proposed changes to AFIs that effect ISR operational processes and procedures; and in-depth knowledge of ISR weapon systems to include aircraft, sensors, and data links.- Working knowledge of all service
