Other areas of ISR experience are acceptable; however, having ISR experience is absolutely required.- Minimum of four (4) years experience working with higher headquarters level staffs.Preferred Qualifications:- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook).- In-depth knowledge of MAJCOM staff coordination processes and in-depth knowledge of ISR weapon systems to include aircraft, sensors, and data links.- Working knowledge of services associated with ground receiving, processing and exploitation systems.- Bachelor''s degree from an accredited institution.Duties:- Provide analytical and advisory, management, technical and functional support to accomplish project planning and management of MC-12W operations and projects both at 9 RW and Air Forces Central MC-12W squadrons, the 4th Expeditionary Reconnaissance Squadron and 361st Expeditionary Reconnaissance Squadron.- Coordinate with functional area experts from personnel, intelligence, operations, maintenance/logistics, and communications to include, but not limited to Air Combat Command (ACC), AFCENT, HAF, Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Agency (AFISRA), National Guard Bureau (NGB) and any Coalition Partners in support of MC-12W mission bed down and enhance operations.- Assist with developing, planning and organizing MC-12W projects supporting worldwide operations as 9 RW MC-12W Point Of Contact (POC). These projects include, but are not limited to programming current and future MC-12W resource requirements, to include funding, personnel and equipment; coordinating squadron space requirements with all required 9 RW Agencies to include, but not limited to Mission Support Group, Maintenance Group and Wing Staff Agencies; and providing oversight for all personnel and their actions with-in the scope of this contract as the Program Manager (PM).- Provide analytical and advisory support (A&AS) to leadership acting as MC-12W analyst and advisor to 9 RW/CC.- Lead 9 RW MC-12W project management efforts. The PM will work side-by-side with military and civilian personnel; however, the PM will not supervise or lead any government personnel.- Provide A&AS in the development and direction of MC-12W planning efforts for 9 RW.- Provide A&AS in reviewing future equipment requirements and procurement plans, to include, but are not limited to aircrew flight equipment supplies; squadron furniture requirements; squadron communication requirements; squadron funding requirements to acquire government approved equipment and resources; and any new arising requirement(s) that needs managing as determined by government personnel.- Act as MC-12W liaison between ACC MC-12W Functional Area Manager (FAM) and Beale AFB and MC-12W Forward Operating Locations (FOL).- Attend and participate in necessary tactics development projects, meetings and conferences as needed. In a typical week this usually includes three to four meetings, that may increase as new requirements are identified, but should never be more than eight to ten meetings per week.- Provide A&AS in classified flight and MC-12W tactics manual development.- Attend conferences/meetings/training in support of 9 RW MC-12W project management efforts and training syllabus updates.
