JOB SUMMARY:

Lead and oversee the day-to-day delivery
and execution of HR services and/or processes.
Analysis and ongoing development of
customer focused, effective, and efficient
services.
Serve in a lead capacity to effectively
deliver and continuously review, evaluate, and
improve service lines and processes.
Ensure effective development and training
of backup resources and rotational support for
contiuous coverage of customer services and
critical tasks.
Develop resolutions to complex problems,
exercise significant latitude and effective
problem solving skills in the implementation of
solutions, and apply sound judgment to escalate
and develop improvement recommedations as
appropariate.
Lead the ongoing development and
documentation of procedures, processes, and
protocols. Review, document, and analyze quality
assurance data.
Examine data for service quality,
accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness.
Serve as a business and/or project lead
for a variety of special projects and assignments.
Proactively look for opportunities to
identify, implement and recommend improvements to
processes, procedures, and system functionality
for optimal service delivery. Proactively analyze
and implement solutions to complex problems
through evaluation of application factors.
Lead and supervise the activities of up to
7 or more exempt and non-exempt staff members.
Keys to Success
Essential
BA/BS level degree and a minimum of 6
years of related experience with providing a range
of customer service based HR shared services in a
complex technical and/or business environment or
an equivalent combination of education and
