Current clinical nursing skills and knowledge. Current CPR, or obtained within one month of employment. Demonstrate good communication and people skills, good judgment and decision-making skills, positive attitude, flexibility and good problem solving skills. Must be able to understand, read and write English clearly.  PREFERRED SKILLS-KNOWLEDGE--Recent acute care experience.
