Prior detail oriented experience in which prioritization and organizational skills are necessary maintain spreadsheets, generate reports and verify information.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bookkeeping and/or basic Accounting knowledge preferred, Experience in Accounting a plus. Excellent organizational and clerical skills.  Proficiency in data entry, 10 key by touch operations, excel processing. Ability to schedule, organize and maintain an orderly environment and to handle detailed work accurately Experience working with deadlines in a fast paced environment and working under pressure ability to communicate effectively and relate positively with child care providers, parents, staff and public.
Bilingual/Spanish preferred
Background check and credit check are required.
Salary $13.00/hr
