have the ability to navigate several computer

As a Bank of America Customer Service and Sales
Specialist, you would be responsible for providing
seamless delivery of service, sales and
fulfillment requests in a customer contact
environment. Ninety five percent of your time will
be on the phone with customers. In addition to
answering service inquiries, Customer Marketing
Specialist would be responsible for optimizing
sales opportunities on each call. Examples
include, soliciting balance transfers from
competitors, soliciting cash deposits into
checking accounts and offering additional credit
card products and services. You will be required
to achieve monthly sales goals and maintain high
quality call standards.
