<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>As a Bank of America Customer Sales Associate, you
will be responsible for providing seamless
delivery of service, sales and fulfillment
requests in a customer contact environment. Ninety
five percent of your time will be on the phone
with customers. In addition to answering service
inquiries, the Customer Sales Associate will be
responsible for optimizing sales opportunities on
each call. Examples include, soliciting balance
transfers from competitors, soliciting cash
deposits into checking accounts and offering
additional credit card products and services. You
will be required to achieve monthly sales goals
and maintain high quality call standards.
Associates utilize relationship building and
problem resolution skills to determine the most
appropriate product or service for each customer
while maintaining a high level of customer
satisfaction. Associates will have both sales and
customer experience goals.
Successful candidates are goal-oriented, flexible
and possess strong relationship building skills.
Additionally, successful candidates will need to
have the ability to navigate several computer
applications.

Experience with telephone sales techniques
specifically with cross selling
Previous call center experience
Previous customer service experience
Previous retail sales experience
Experience with basic typing and computer skills
Ability to work weekends, either rotating or set
days as outlined in the job requisition
