<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>LOCATION--Bridgeport Clinic.  POSITION--Full time position generally 8 hour day shifts, Monday through Thursday, 64 hours per pay period. DEGREE REQUIRED--Certificate. SALARY--Highly competitive. SUMMARY--The Clinical Assistant, or LVN, is responsible for performing assigned duties within his-her capabilities and under the direct supervision of the Physician Assistant.  They will assist the clinic provider in specified aspects of patient treatment, including emergent care, primary care for all age levels.  They will maintain effective interaction with the public and hospital personnel.  CLINIC ASSISTANT QUALIFICATIONS--High school diploma required. Certified Medical Assistant or EMT certificate required. Minimum one year experience in a medical office or clinic. CPR certification required. State of California Venipuncture Certification required. Ability to interact with people in a calm empathetic manner.  LVN QUALIFICATIONS--Current LVN license in the State of California. IV certification. Minimum one year experience in clinic or hospital setting.
