Prepares all instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids) and all student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms). Defines training requirements and analyzes system software changes. Develops computer-based training objectives and methodologies. Present training programs and validate and evaluate effectiveness of training.
