JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for launching and managing all start-up services and processing for 3E Online Services as well as some technical supporting services for New Client contracts. IE ER services, MOD services, etc.
oIncludes ensuring that all clients new services and contract commitments are met and delivered on time. Provide alternate solutions when necessary and address all service implementation issues pro-actively with the client when they arise.
Manage and maintain all assigned accounts, conduct training application demonstrations as required and notify and update all clients and internal operations department personnel of all new updates,  enhancements to the Online Services supporting 3E Company clients.
Assists all clients with customer service support, administrative support, troubleshooting all application issues, and providing technical data solutions for all Online clients as requested.
Responsible for tracking and monitoring all assigned client activity usage, application reports, etc. Assists clients with custom reporting needs as requested and coordinates with other internal departments to provide and deliver the clients services based on active contract terms.
Responsible for initiating and completing any special projects that may arise both internally and externally with clients and or other internal 3E Company departments that may require the departments support.
Acts as a liaison between the client, Sales, IT and Data Management teams to facilitate best client experience.  May include on site client visits when required.
Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.
Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Client management experience with 2+ years of complex customer account management is desirable.
Some project management experience is preferred with focus on client services implementation planning
Must have strong organizational skills that include project planning, problem solving as well as being strong in multi-tasking ability. Includes the ability to identify pro-actively and solve problems effectively and efficiently.
Experience in prioritizing workload and meeting project implementation deadlines both internally and externally with clients.
Some technical data application and experience is desirable IE e-business, online or web program applications a plus.
Intermediate knowledge and experience working in Excel, Word and Power Point development are required.
Strong communication skills are required.  Must be fluent in both English and French language both written and verbal.   Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are required.
Experience in conducting formal client training presentations either live trainings or using telecommunications type applications/tools such as Web Ex, Go to Meeting, etc. are highly desirable.
Environmental Health  Safety background a plus.
