In this role you will design, analyze, and test
the electronics packaging for a wide array of
products, from small handheld cards to integrated
rack assemblies.  You will be a key member of the
new product development team, which typically
includes cross-functional representation from
engineering digital, RF, reliability, DFX,
quality, test and operations.  You will manage
multiple small projects or one larger, more

Experience/Skills Required
Required
* Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical
Engineering BSME
* 8+ years electronics packaging
experience with detailed knowledge of design
principles and issues
* Working knowledge of metal fabrication
processes machining, casting and sheet metal
forming
* Working knowledge of SolidWorks software
or any 3-D modeling software
* Experience performing dynamic structural
analysis
* Experience performing thermal analysis
down to the component junction level
* Up to 10% travel
* US citizenship
Preferences
* Experience with FEMAP and NX NASTRAN
* Experience with SolidWorks Flow
Simulation and/or Anysys TAS
* Experience planning, performing and
documenting thermal and vibration testing
