<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>As a Program Control Analyst you will play a
pivotal role in planning, tracking, analysis and
reporting of projects of varying contract type,
size, and complexity.  You will establish and
maintain cost/schedule baselines, develop Work
Breakdown Structures WBS and related
dictionaries and perform Estimates at Completion.
The analytical background you possess will assist
in the development of Resource Loaded Networks
RLNs, implementing Earned Value Methodologies,
as well as related variance analysis and work with
Project Managers and Senior Technical personnel to
ensure uniform application of Earned Value
procedures. Developing and implementing reporting
procedures to report project status and valuation
of work in progress as well as tracking procedures
for contract deliverables will be other key
responsibilities in this role.
Experience/Skills
Required
3+ years of relevant experience in a high tech
engineering environment.
Must be proficient in MS Project and Excel, with
a working knowledge of Earned Value Management
EVM.
Ability to create, maintain and status
engineering development schedules in MS Project.
Bachelors Degree
US Citizenship
Preferred
Government contract experience.
Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or
technical field desired.
MPM and Oracle experience.
