Additionally, the analyst will serve as a focal point for expanding CRM reporting capability.Essential FunctionsThe Senior Financial Analyst will review, analyze, and perform all duties required to effectively monitor and communicate instrument forecast trends for demand planning. This role plays an integral part with coordinating End of Quarter activities of a cross-functional team. Additionally, the analyst will utilize CRM to build out sales funnel reporting capabilities to increase awareness of business trends and sales compliance. Participation and leadership will be required to facilitate various corporate initiatives and projects.Education:Requires a bachelor&#x2019;s degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent field.Required Experience:&middot;5+ years of business analysis experience in a matrix organization and/or corporate environment.&#x2028;Experience working in global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows is strongly desired.&middot;Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), as well as the ability to apply influential and negotiation skills while working across multiple levels, functions and regions within the organization is required to be successful in this position.&middot;Attention to detail and consistently delivering high quality work.&#x2028;Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize projects.&#x2028;Ability to learn quickly, establish credibility and influence others.&#x2028;Self-motivated, ability to succeed in ambiguous environment.&#x2028;&middot;Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Cognos, and Hyperion required.
