Responsible for evaluating and managing new strategic business opportunities. Will identify customers, develop partnerships, and analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities. This job is based in the California area.The responsibilities will include: Identifies and develops product development and analytical relationships with potential and existing clients. Responsible for pursuing new business prospects through cold calling. Serves as a company business development representative at professional meetings, seminars, and conferences. Schedules meetings with prospective clients. Researches pharmaceutical and biotech companies, pipelines, and industry trends. Laboratory experience is an asset. Must have good oral and written communication skills, good organizational skills, and a good working knowledge of computers and programs such as Word and Excel.
