<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>In collaboration with the DPCS and Administrator, the Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing a quality QI program and for monitoring the care delivered by the agency.  This nurse will also develop orientation and educational programs to assist staff to continually improve the patient care they deliver.  The Clinical Supervisor is the designee in the absence of the DPCS.
Current Nursing licensure in the State of California.  Prior experience in critical care nursing i.e., ICU, ER preferred.  Prior experience in a supervisory role preferred.  Ability to address clinical issues, interpret clinical information correctly, and apply to treatment requirements.  Critical-thinker, detail oriented with ability to multi-task.  Excellent self-directed time-management.  Respect and understand culture, regulatory and ethical issues that may affect care.
