Implements the planning, organizing, directing, evaluation, controlling, communication and teaching required for the Rural Health Clinic under the direction of the Director of Nursing. Facilitates the development of new programs and services.Serving Merced County Westside area with 48 care beds, the facility is part of Memorial Los Banos and Sutter Health, a not-for-profit organization that exists to maintain and improve the health status of citizens in its geographic area. Memorial Hospital Los Banos provides and promotes effective inpatient and outpatient health care services including 24-hour Emergency Care, Rural Health Clinic, Surgery, Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Diagnostics Imaging, and Intensive Care Unit and Physical Therapy. Qualifications:* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse Practitioner in the State of California.* Diploma or Associate Degree with 2-3 years experience.* Must provide these performance skills within twelve months of hire date:   BCLS-Basic Cardiac Life Support   ACLS-Advance Cardiac Life Support   PALS- Pediatric Advanced Life Support or NALS -Neonatal Advanced Life Support  Preferred Qualifications:* Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or related field.* Three years of clinical nursing experience with one year of recent experience as an adult or family Nurse Practitioner.* National Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner with a speciality.
