The staff nurse responsible for monitoring the performance of any clinical and ancillary personnel they supervise while providing feedback directly to those personnel in an assertive and respectful manner.The staff nurseacts as a liaison between the charge nurse, clinical nurse leads, department manager, physicians, unit staff, and ancillary personnel to ensure continuity and quality of service and care.
