This position will coordinate with all leadership within SCAH and at affiliates to ensure that patients are receiving the specified program services in a high quality and cost-effective manner. * Responsible for developing and promoting AIM services throughout the assigned region. * Works closely with affiliates (hospitals, physician groups, and medical foundations) to provide education, identify and resolve process issues, and to develop and improve outcomes of care. * Responsible for developing and maintaining policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with applicable internal and external regulations. The Manager accurately maintains and trends statistical data for quality and operational improvement and maintains confidentiality of information. Education: Registered Nurse (Bachelors or higher required), preferably with Advanced Practice certifications in palliative care or related field.Licensure: Current California RN license; valid California driver
