Leads the development of IT plans and objectives with System Architects and Engineers and acts as a focal point in the development, updating and stewarding of the Department''s strategy as it applies to system administration, cabling, Information Assurance, and overall Division infrastructure and operations.Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline.8-10 years of related hardware engineering experience.? Over 5 years'' experience in the management of large-scale IT operations including good knowledge and experience in major technical domains of servers, storage, networks, data center facilities, client devices, and management tools.? In-depth knowledge of various service delivery processes, with strong ITIL or ISO 2000 experience desired.? Participation in the development, implementation, and adherence to Technical Services documentation, system standards, policies and procedures.? Strong commitment to a team environment.? Ability to work independently, on a virtual team, and the ability to lead others.? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.?
