4 Direct and oversee the preparation of budget
reports related to operations and fiscal matters
of the
departments
5 Review operating budgets periodically to
analyze trends affecting budget needs
6 Perform cost-benefit and comparative analyses
to review financial requests by departments, and
analyze departmental budgeting and accounting
reports and
7 Develop and establish budget preparation
guidelines and policies
