<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Kforce is seeking a Strategic Sourcing / Supply Chain Analyst for a Chino, California client to be responsible for procurement, delivery, coordination of receipt and installation of equipment and furniture for all DCA funded Expansion and Plant Renovation (PM/R) Projects. Essential Functions: * Serve as single point of contact with overall accountability for all procurement activity, delivery, and coordination of receipt and installation activities as well as building commission and the tracking and status communication of all equipment and furniture for Capital, Expansion, and PM/R projects* Facilitate project transition team meetings* Develop move in plans with a Department Managers* Attend construction meetings* Communicate salient issues to appropriate team members* Resolve furniture and equipment specification issues* Provides feedback to equipment planners, interior designers, quality assurance, and CSA customers* Monitor reports on overall performance of vendors to equipment planners, interior designers, CSA, and quality assurance* Identify products for potential contracting opportunities for the National Purchasing Organization* Organize procurement for phased projects to ensure on-time delivery with the least storage time* Resolve overages, shortages, lost and damaged shipments, and credit holds* Ensure all receiving paperwork is processed for payment* Arrange for transportation, storage, and moving services for the project* Establish security procedures and assure secured space is available for equipment and furniture* Coordinate the installation of imaging equipment, interior signage, artwork, plants and seismic anchorage* Perform other duties as required Secondary Functions: * Be a Project Buyer* Process capital and project equipment requisitions
