MEDICAL TRANSPORT DRIVER

JOB SUMMARY:

<tr><td valign="top" width="450"><b>Position for driver for non-emergency medical transportation for medical appointments and other destinations. Must have valid California Driver License and valid CPR and First Aid Certification.
Required skills Ability to read maps and schedules, ability to follow driving direction. Must be able to read, understand and speak English clearly. Physical ability to lift people in their wheelchairs up or down stairs is also required.
Drivers will operate a wheelchair lift van, using automatic lift and securing passengers safely for transport.
Hours of work are between 430am and 1pm Saturdays are required
Experience in transporting people is beneficial and basic knowledge of our service area is expected.
